LOFT-STYLE HOUSE
A modern interpretation of industrial austerity
This design harmoniously combines the traditional form of a "modern barn" with an uncompromising, loft-style character. The façade, made of light, hand-formed brick, lends the building texture and refinement, creating a dialogue between the rawness of the material and the coziness of a homely home.
Key project features:
Industrial flair: Black frames of large-format glazing and the steel structure of the terrace roof emphasize the technical origins of the style.
Light and space: Open interiors with a visible mezzanine and openwork stairs seamlessly connect with the garden, offering residents a sense of unlimited freedom.
Architectural details: The use of brickwork around the windows not only protects privacy, but also creates an intriguing play of light in the interior.
This is an ideal proposition for those looking for architecture with character – authentic, durable and bold in its simplicity.
